You link does not say anything about "spreadsheets", and the only thing she admits is that in her capacity as NSA, she was routinely forwarded classified information on a daily basis, including intercepts with masked references to US Persons. Depending on the context, if she needed to know who the masked person was, she had to forward a written request to the agency that "owned" such intelligence, explaining why she needed to know, along with answering several other questions. If the request was approved, she received the unmasked information from that agency, and she had never and would never give that information to anyone else.
The fact that the Trump administration knows that she unmasked certain classified documents in the capacity of NSA means that they (the Trump administration) did the same thing! In fact, they would have had to access the NSA computer, type in her name, and simply view a luscious list of classified info, and read the logbooks Rice kept each time she requested an individual be unmasked. They could then go to that document.
This White House, however, did indeed disclose (or leak) the fact that as Obama's NSA, Rice unmasked certain documents. So who's the damned leaker here? The Trump White House. Again.
