Judge approves $25M Trump University settlement[W:40]

Re: Judge approves $25M Trump University settlement

Where did I say Trump U was a college. Quote me.

I just did, you crazy cat.

Your post in context of this thread can't be taken any other way, unless you were just randomly dropping such a line, like a drunk might at night -- talking to a lamppost.

Re: Judge approves $25M Trump University settlement

It would surely help if that "college" did not even offer degrees and you could find hundreds of others that "graduated" to make it a class action suit. ;)

And that is why 80% of the students will get refunds. As for those Vets who used there GI Bill to attend, there probably screwed, thanks Don.

Re: Judge approves $25M Trump University settlement

It does matter. University's have educational accreditation. They are bestowed powers to grant degrees. Degrees that make you a more valuable candidate in the job market. Trump U was a fake, it offered nothing to make you more valuable. Your slippery slope is a bunny hill.

If you can show that information was withheld from the students, you might have a case, however if that was disclosed up front, not so much.
