Russia Might Have Hurt Marco Rubio's Presidential Campaign, Expert Testifies

If you had been listening a little more closely then you'd have heard Clint Watts report that GOP primary candidates were the target of "gray outlets" that put out fake news stories about those who were tough on Russia.

Trump wasn't so they found their guy. They even posted stories at times they knew he'd be on his phone. He even used those "fake news stories" on the trail and did the Russians' work for them.

Fascinating stuff.

I'm not saying we have conclusive evidence of collusion with Russia and Trump. I'm not saying that. But, for pure argument's sake, let's say there was, that Trump's team colluded with Russia. If word starts getting around that it wasn't just during the Presidential campaign that Russia actively aided Trump, but also during the primary process, this could be a huge blow to the White House. Trump's relationship to the Republican party has always been strained, but (again hypothetically speaking) he needs the Republican party to help insulate him from the investigations. If he no longer has the party's support, he'd be in big trouble.

Again, I'm fully aware I'm putting the cart before the horse. I'm fully aware there is no conclusive evidence at this time supporting collusion. But if there was, and Russia really did work on his behalf against other Republicans, this could be incredibly harmful to the White House.

But, again, almost all of what I said depends on a hypothetical.

Nah just insinuate a smear and go "I don't really mean it, lets just discuss it" because it draws attention away from how terrible Hillary was and the Democratic party was for colluding for her nomination.

Totally disingenuous argument and a hypothetical at that.

I've given up trying to use logic to determine what's going on from either the Democrats or the Republicans. And, as for Trump? Although he's done a few things I more than agree with, and as soon as he makes me feel pretty good about something, he'll tweet something that makes my hair on the back of my neck stick straight up.

I heard a guy on Russia TV today say that they were feeding things to sites that they knew Trump would watch, and he claimed they knew when he was online, and within hours of them putting crap out there, that he would tweet it right back out there.

If that's even close to true... WOW.

It wasn't Russia that hurt Rubio. Part of Rubio's problem was selling out the tea party over illegal immigration when he joined the gang of eight.

The other part was our very media that were prostituting themselves to push forward Trump to be the nominee as all polling showed

Rubio and Cruz both were beating Clinton in the polls.

Damn that right hand of the Democratic party known as our MSM wanted Trump to win the nomination because HE was the one that Hillary had the best chance of beating.!!!!!!

That's the facts jack.

And then there is Kasich's involvement in this past campaign. He never won anything except Ohio. If you look at the persons that kept funding his campaign you will find folks who did not want Cruz to win the nomination. True story. So ultimately Trump won.

In hindsight, Kasich and Rubio should have been out before SC primary. Neither had won a state. But there was a lot of dark money to keep them in the race that ultimately produced Trump the nominee.

Some people REALLY need to cling to the idea of Russians hiding under the bed - every bed. You guys make Joe McCarthy look like a squish.

And the irony is that I wouldn't imagine Putin could be any less than thrilled by the amount of discord and doubt in our electoral system that he's gotten you to buy into and perpetuate.

The article is by Watts and is basically his sworn testimony before the Senate Intel Committee today. I have no reason to lie to you.

You might also find in on another source. It seems you have been suckered by Mr. Putin and his posse.

How much nonsense do I have to take before this Russian stuff is put to a needed rest.
It was Chris Christie who Hurt Marco Rubio's Presidential Campaign. Christie did more than that he shreded
Rubio's hopes, of course Rubio after that disaster in the NH debate started to act strangely before losing badly in SC
& then in his home state of Florida not getting a single delegate in either state.

But Russia did him in. I wonder if Russia did Graham & Carly Fiorina in also probably according to Mark Werner!
 
What I want to know is how deep does this Russian Dressing,,,uh.. influence go into disinformation? I'm not sure who or what to believe anymore, since it's all become a bunch of lies about more lies. Rubio lost the election because he was a doodoo.

And what will be the sworn testimony tomorrow? I know what I know, and the left with the help of the MSM wanted Trump to be the nominee of the Republican party. They got what they wanted. But they didn't get the results they were expecting.
