Donna Brazile finally admits she shared debate questions with Clinton campaign

This is how the Clinton's run their organizations. We've seen this while Hillary was SOS and the pay to play there.

Just imagine if it'd be President Hillary now.

Hillary as Presidenté... what a nightmare that would be. Obama with testicles. Foreign governments calling in their pay-for-play chits. Loretta Lynchburger. ObamaKare. Depleting the military further. The "it takes a village idiot" mentality. Supreme Court.

We've got 8-years for Trump to clean up the mess, and to help Republicans find their balls... or replace them with R's who have balls... and to keep the Demokrats a regional party, so we have another 8-year shot of deconstructing the political IED's the Demokrats have been planting throughout government for decades.

please point out the trade secret

“Stealing valuable proprietary confidential information is illegal, and debate questions are highly confidential,” Ken Sukhia, who served as United States Attorney for North Florida and who has prosecuted numerous white collar crimes, told Breitbart News.

“Presidential debate questions are extremely valuable and they are kept highly confidential before debates. If candidates could legally purchase the questions in advance, they would surely pay a small fortune,” Sukhia continued. “Federal law not only prohibits misappropriating valuable confidential information, it also makes it a crime for anyone to knowingly receive such misappropriated information.”

“A violation of the law carries a sentence of up to 10 years in Federal prison and a $5,000,000 fine,” Sukhia said.

Law Expert: Donna Brazile, Clinton Campaign May Have Committed a Federal Crime - Breitbart

All that being said I doubt there will be any prosecution.
Not because of any legal issue but because liberals are simply held to a different standard socially and legally.
I will note she was fired from CNN over it. I have no idea why since they are proven corrupt liars as well on a daily basis.

barking up the wrong tree. what she disclosed is not in the same area code of a trade secret: https://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/trade_secret

Well maybe she can get her job back based on that argument.

just because she does not deserve to face civil trial does not then mean she is deserving of return to her former position at CNN. what makes you believe she should

Honestly, why do I care? She obviously did it. She doesn't believe it was her job to "make the DNC candidates look good." She believed it was her job --because it was-- to make Hillary look good. Now she admits it, 6 months later after nothing matters anymore and she's already been fired. This article makes it sound like she took responsibility and resigned from CNN. That's total BS. She was fired months ago, and she still has the temerity to pretend like there was any point when she made the Bernie campaign look good, like are you ****ing kidding me? This is the same woman who, during the middle of the primary, wrote emails about how she wanted to "scream" and "Bernie folks."

The nerve of these people is unbelievable.

I think she deserves a reward for her vast contribution in making America great again.

Thanks Donna.
