Yup. I strongly believe in complete extermination of fetuses produced by rape. I also believe rapists should be castrated with a dull knife. Bottom line is that, if a man rapes a woman, he will not have the satisfaction of carrying on his line if the woman wants to remove it. It's her body. He doesn't own it.

Ok, enough of this ignorance. Offspring of humans is always human. A woman doesn't just give birth to something from a different species because the pregnancy was from rape nor does sperm just turn into some kind of parasite sperm or whatever nonsense when the man is raping a woman. The unborn is also never just a growth like a tumor or something no matter if it is from rape, an unplanned pregnancy, or a planned pregnancy.

Call it anything you want, but if I were the doctor who removed a rapist's abomination from a woman, I would give that abomination to the woman to hang on the wall as a victory trophy over a rapist. And, if she doesn't want to hang it on the wall and gloat, she can always flush it down the toilet.
 
Oh and Danarhea, a rapist doesn't give two ****s if the woman gets pregnant or aborts. A woman is not getting revenge on a rapist by aborting. In fact, she is probably doing him a favor since now he has no chance of having to pay child support.

The last thing she would ever want is to carry around a dead fetus as a reminder of her trauma. You don't really come off as better than the oklahoma scumbag

Anyone debating whether or not a fetus is property of the mother has completely missed the point of what the Oklahoma lawmaker is saying.

He's saying that women are no longer autonomous beings once they become pregnant, that they are subjugated to the ZEF they carry.

The other thing that's problematic is that he uses the word "host", which is only in relationship to parasitic organisms. Putting it that way sets him up for the obvious counter-point, which is that if a woman is merely a host, then a ZEF is a parasite, and women would have the right to expel them.

This is the kind of non-sense that happens when people think they can put forth one definition of what a pregnancy means.

If they're smart and soulless, they'll save for bribes to get preferential treatment in the for profit jail, but not for compensating their victim. Most of the wealthy who know they're going down intentionally blow far more than they have to on lawyers and living it up while on bail. I recall a mob boss who during the trial spent like a mil on his daughter's wedding. Well now he can spend some of that on the luxury jail cell

I see it as the new fundamentalist strategy - to oppose abortion on behalf of the father's interest in having the kid born. And ironically to punish them for the 'mistake' of not using birth control. In reality they don't give a damn about either

But yes, the bible belt views pregnant women as hosts, each a veritable virgin mary. A little known fact along those lines is in Texas they will keep a pregnant braindead woman on feeding tubes at the cost of millions (and yes, the woman's grieving family gets billed, not the bastards who coerced them into this) until the fetus is born, even if she has an advance directive and her relatives want her taken off the tubes. That's disturbing in multiple ways, but since the courts haven't ruled that a braindead person, or her family apparently, has rights, that's how far they go in their zealotry
