'Clock Boy' Loses in Court, Father's Defamation Lawsuit Dismissed

So, you think the school should have been evacuated and the bomb squad called?

It really is quite strange how people insist that this kid should be excoriated for building a bomb or look-alike bomb, but somehow, the school should be excused despite multiple teachers ignoring this so-called "bomb" other than to tell the kid to hide it in his backpack.

Ah well. I'm sure there's a consistent principle in there somewhere.

I hope the whole family moves back to wherever they came from. ****em.

How dare them sand.....errrr.....nvm...

Anyway, cough cough, I find it quite strange that when, for example, a kid in a liberal town gets in trouble for biting a pop-tart into a gun shape and playing with it, that that is evidence of evil liberal stupidity. But somehow, this gets a pass.

They didn't think it was a bomb, or they'd have evacuated, because what the **** else do you do if a bomb is in a school full of kids. Yet, the kid is being attacked on the basis that the thing supposedly looked like a bomb.

To whom? Not the school.

I have no problem with any of the situation up until they filed suit. I am of the opinion that they are money grubbers that thought it was a good opportunity to gain monetarily without regard as to how they had a hand in creating the situation.

And the racist remark? That was sad that you, an attorney, has to reduce your argument to that level to attempt to defeat the opinion of a retired mechanic, me.

So the criteria, then, is "has circuit boards?"

Where's the explosive, or something that looks like an explosive?

Cuz teachers are trained to know the difference or even your regular officer? Please.
