MIAMI — Donald Trump has less than two weeks left in his presidential campaign, but his closing argument sounds as much about his business interests as his electoral ones.
As Hillary Clinton and her surrogates fan out across the battleground states, Trump’s schedule has found plenty of room for self-promotion that seems aimed well past Nov. 8, including two stops in two days promoting his hotels and the soft launch of what many see as the prototype for a post-campaign Trump TV.

Looks like Trump has seen the writing on the wall, and is using campaign stops not for running for president, but to promote his business interests, which is frustrating the crap out of some Republicans. I wonder how his political donors feel about this?

Trump has done this before. He told everybody he was going to make an extraordinary announcement regarding Obama's citizenship and of course every news agency in the galaxy showed up, whereupon he rambled on for five minutes about his new golf course, said one sentence about Obama being a citizen and immediately left.

Trump is a moron on every level bar one: getting free publicity. In that one respect he may quite possibly be the world's smartest human.

GREAT IDEA.

This is why Trump has spent most of his life being a winner, he thinks outside the box.

Yes, after he loses the presidential election he'll have yet another Trump-branded product to run into the ground. Winning!

Oh Really....How many 757's do you own?

I didn't inherit millions of dollars.

Did you know that a simple index fund, starting with as much money as Trump inherited and when he inherited it, would have grown to greater than his current net worth?

Typical leftist spin tactic from you here.

You forgot to mention what the bulk of his event was all about: Bringing out a bunch of veterans and MOH recipients to endorse him. It was a political campaign event.

But hey...you don't have to be pissed off like those media pukes who got trolled by him. LOL!!

Silly us, getting trolled by the candidate for President of the United States into paying attention to him. What were we thinking? Obviously, voters are expected to ignore the candidate for President of the United States.

Oh...the "voters" aren't ignoring Trump. The "media", however, is.

Do you REALLY feel sorry for the media? LOL!!

And strange as it sounds, it might be one of the reasons he’s done as well as he has.

Jennifer Jones, a doctoral candidate of political psychology at the University of California at Irvine, has combined these statistics into an index capturing the ratio of “feminine” to “masculine” words, and applied it to the language of 35 political candidates over the past decade. Hillary Clinton’s language falls above the average on this index—more feminine than George W. Bush’s, but less so than Barack Obama’s.
But Donald Trump is a stunning outlier. His linguistic style is startlingly feminine, so much so that the chasm between Trump and the next most feminine speaker, Ben Carson, is about as great as the difference between Carson and the least feminine candidate, Jim Webb. And Trump earns his ranking not just because he talks a lot about himself or avoids big words (both of which are true); according to Jones, he also shows feminine patterns on the more subtle measures, such as his use of prepositions and articles. The key then is not what Trump talks about—making Mexico pay for the wall or bombing the hell out of ISIL—but rather how he says it
.
.
.
This makes it hard to draw any fast conclusions about what effect, if any, Trump’s feminine linguistic style has had given the content of his campaign (though it’s worth noting that Trump’s chief rival, Ted Cruz, a lawyer and college debater who is often celebrated for his oratorical gifts, has a linguistic style that skews heavily to the masculine). Still, Jones’ research casts doubt on the narrative that Trump’s supporters are attracted to a political icon of masculinity who is untainted by woman-like traits. On the contrary, it may be exactly these traits—and their associations with emotional connectedness and personal vulnerability—that help to counter the opposition’s portrait of Trump as a domineering misogynist who lacks empathy and concern for others

So someone figured this out finally.

Sure. of course...he wouldnt have put 60,000 people a year to work and given them jobs, training, careers, healthcare, etc, but true enough...he could have made buttloads more money.

Trump got a ton of free advertising for Trump National Doral in Florida and this morning for his new
hotel right on Pennsylvania Ave. Seems like a smart business man.
The republicans who are complaining are part of the #nevertrump idiots. No gives a whit about
them.

This is hysterical! Trump moving up in the polls and the left comes up with this garbage.

It is true.....the linguistics of Trump has been huugely important, but up till now it has been passed off as either ignorance on the part of Trump or buffoonery.

Only now, two weeks before the election, as Trump refuses to die does anyone look to see what is going on.

This is how the elite roll circa 2016.

It's more interesting when boycotting those women who boycott Ivanka's clothing line, because our boycott of religion and accompanying expose of that pathology will link Obama-Clinton ISIS to the Methodist-Wahabbist protection rackets. Post-election, in or out of the White House, the Clinton mafia is in trouble; drug trafficking trouble, phosphate trouble (China will be Clinton Foundation's competitor), comparison to Nazism trouble (ex., Sanders playing the role of the middle tine of the Impossible Trident), the furthering of the rise of Nazism due to its weak relationship to economics, etc.

This could really work out for Trump! Not only can he win but he could claim the title as the first woman president. It's been certified by the left! This is really huuge.......

#16: You perceive the Impossible Trident correctly. Deleuze has already shown that rather than "leftist", the left translates to "movement." We can post the excerpt, otherwise, it is from Bosteels, (if not mistaken): Badiou and Politics, if you have access to it first. Clinton mafia is scared ****less of movement and turnout at the polls. Happening now: 45,000 Indiana blacks just got whacked. Punch and Judy Show.

So, how much less efficient is investment at job creation?

It did not work for Ross Perot, and it will not work for Trump either.

No one likes to sit still and listen to an infomercial.

"Tell me more"!

Today's Indiana report is actually from 3 Oct 2016. With the recent GOP vandalism, the precinct that includes the North Carolina link to Obama-Clinton ISIS best is Randolph County.
