But I was talking about the press, then about Trump's impossible and stupid tax plan. If my "aggressive ideologies" on those topics are "horse****" or ""the most partisan hacked non-credible drivels I've ever seen spewed forth on this entire website..." I guess I thought you could explain what part was "horse****" but I guess not. OK. :peace

Trump's been praising Putin, dude. And Putin's hackers clearly are trying to derail Hillary. Conservatives here were gaga over the guy a while back because he was playing to the whole anti-gay thing.

Trump says a lot of off the wall stuff. Whether Putin and Russia are behind the hacks remains to be seen. I know it's a useful ploy, but so far there hasn't been any proof that it is or is not the Russians. Besides, do you really think the Russians would prefer Trump? I seriously doubt it. If they are involved, I expect they think Hillary is going to win, and they'd like to undermine her tenure at the outset - beat her over the head with a reset button - that kind of thing.

Trump developed a giant man-crush for Putin because he believes Putin said nice things about him. If you were an ex-KGB agent in charge of one of the United States' largest foreign competitors, which candidate would you consider to be almost comically easy to manipulate?

With this theory that Russia is behind the hacks, nobody has told us how the emails were gotten to Wikkileaks from Russia.

Are they working together?

I have no doubt Russians are hacking. We do it too. Nobody has been able to draw a connection between what Wiki offers and the Russians. That doesn't mean one doesn't exist, but given that Wiki has hacked and released things purloined from Russia as well as the US, I have reason to doubt this firm and fast connection the DNC and the Clinton campaign claim exists. In any case, nobody has proven any of the information released to be untrue. I did see that Podesta claims he's been altered, but I assume by that he means "neutered". Everybody already knows that.

It seems like an eminently sensible suggestion since it would make peoples' mothers sisters and children safer.
