Trump Foundation lacks the certification required for charities that solicit money

Donald Trump’s charitable foundation — which has been sustained for years by donors outside the Trump family — has never obtained the certification that New York requires before charities can solicit money from the public, according to the state attorney general’s office.

Under the laws in New York, where the Donald J. Trump Foundation is based, any charity that solicits more than $25,000 a year from the public must obtain a special kind of registration beforehand. Charities as large as Trump’s must also submit to a rigorous annual audit that asks — among other things — whether the charity spent any money for the personal benefit of its officers.

If New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman (D) finds that Trump’s foundation raised money in violation of the law, he could order the charity to stop raising money immediately. With a court’s permission, Schneiderman could also force Trump to return money that his foundation has already raised…………….

At least his charity spends money on charity.
Unlike Clinton who the bulk of it goes to the salaries
And only 5% goes to charity work.

I wonder how much Clinton is paying the AG from NY.
That is the bigger question.

You're wrong about the Clinton Foundation. Only 5% goes to outside charities. It does most of its charity in-house.

You got duped by right-wing bloggers, sorry.

Not at all. Most of the money goes to the Clinton's.

A big slush fund for the Clinton Foundation - Washington Times
The bulk of it's fund pay salaries, luxury travel and overhead (whatever that is).

An opinion piece in a right-wing rag, yes. This is what duped you.

You'll note that this link doesn't actually attempt to establish your claim.

Firstl, you're no Conservative and second, Hillary's not going to win by preaching to the choir, and thats what this is. Only her supporters in their blind devotion are going to be influenced by stories like this.

Undecided American voters are going to take Hillary's past into consideration when reading partisan trash like this and they're going to come to the conclusion that the NY AG and the Hillary campaign and her supporters are all a bunch of hypocrites.

Why ? Because voters are not as stupid as Hillary and her supporters think they are.

According to Comey, Clinton violated mulitple provisions of Federal law. Comey stated they found evidence that statutes regarding the handling of classified data were violated

He then went on to say that future violations of these statues could lead to prosecution, but, Hillary gets a pass because? Well she's a Democrat and a Clinton.

Undecided voters aslo remember her many many lies but this is what gets me.

I know Hillary's team sat around and brainstormed over a strategy for dealing with the Email scandal. But its a horrible strategy.

Hillary and her team had to come to the conclusion that the average American voter is a imbecile. You would have to be a moron to believe those lies, right ?

When you repeatedly lie to someone it really just pisses them off. Its condescending and insulting but they're STILL doing it.
