Why are there so many communist North Korean flags waving at the DNC?

At party conventions in the U.S. one would expect to see American flags waving high as well as delegates and attendees brimming with American patriotism. Yes, working very hard to pretend that the thread is about some guy with a flag, not about the fact that people can show up at places like the DNC convention and be quite comfortable that no one will ask them to get lost. They will probably get applause instead. Thus, the hatred of America.
