Well, my third cousin at Oxford once removed once knew a guy at Penn who had an uncle at Columbia that says you're wrong.
Honestly. The righties on this thread are so amusing.
Actually you have no idea whether semi-literate peasants from Central and South America have it easy getting here or not, and the truth is, you don't care as long as they're around to pick the fruit and clean the motels and take care of yards.
Or, you could just ask me. That's an option. I've already said what I think of it, but maybe you didn't notice that post in the quagmire.
There is only some many ways you can say the same thing without being English language ignorant.
Okay, then answer the question. Or do you want to drag this out a few more posts?
As I daid, earlier, it's stupid to make a big deal out of this; totally lacking in substance, I might add.
Even Trump has finally admitted it....so you can stop your failed attempts at spin now.
That's your answer to the question?
He did? When?
It's really a nothing issue, in spite of all the breathless hand wringing going on.LMAO, the speech by Trump's wife is so bad, and she's so incompetent as a speaker, that no one in Trump's campaign should care enough about what she said to check it? You're really going with that argument? :lamo

Have sent your email to Michelle Obama to encourage her to sue over this travesty yet?
Never said the speech was "so terrible". I don't care about her speech and I'm not voting for Trump. The fun is watching the screeching from the left (you included) about how she plagiarized her speech. If it's such a big deal, then Michelle should sue for damages. That's how the system is supposed to work. Or you can just keep screeching.OK, so you're NOT going with the "The Trump campaign recognized Mrs. Trump's speech was so terrible, about what one could expect from any HS senior, that no one bothered to vet it for plagiarism" defense and have changed it to the "it's not a big deal" defense. Good plan!! :lamo
BTW, if the story that "it's all the fault of the hired help!!" is legit, Mrs. Trump was inspired by Michelle Obama's words, which is how they got into her speech. So someone thought they were better than the average commencement address, even if you didn't.
And why would Michelle sue (presumably for damages), why would I care whether she does or not, and how in the world is whether she sues or not relevant to anything?
This thread has been hilarious watching Trump lemmings go round and round with their evolving rationalizations for what amounts to laziness and incompetence by the Trump campaign. So there's been no 'breathless hand wringing" from me - just enjoying the hilarity of watching you guys twist yourselves into knots defending Trump and his team.

After the release of the statement by the phantom speech writer.
The same one Biden had? Or Obama?

Ah, both sides do it. Novel defense. Only about the 30th person on this thread to make this point...
So the whole thread is useless, right?
Not sure what your point is. I learned about age 4 or so that, "But mom, Billy did it too" isn't an effective defense of anything.

I am not spinning anything. It's just a reality. Ever hear the phrase "There is nothing new under the sun."? There is very few ways to convey the message of "Your word is your bond" or list traits such as those listed. Hell, Michelle Obama ripped the line from somewhere as well. All speeches do. Especially over used cliches. That's all I am saying..
