she wouldn't let the other clerks sign them because "who would speak for god", changed her mind once she tasted a jail cell, and now that they just hand over the licenses without signing them god is super fabulous ok with that!
she'd have had to resign immediately to stay on good terms with god. Still working where they give out gay marriages and doing nothing to stop it. She's going to hell for sure now

It's not like they have to refit anything. There is no need for a time table. If they were issuing marriage licenses before this, they just keep doing it, just under sex you might have two m's or two F's you just hit a different key on the key board.
