Selling an education, is selling a product with very subjective results.
It would be easy to find people who came out of accredited universities, who would say their
education was worthless, would it be true? The answer is subjective, to many it is valueable.
Do the for profit trade schools offer a good value, I don't think so, but I am sure some people do.
Could a program set up by Trump, help someone improve their knowledge of commercial real estate?
fairly likely! Would it help someone who thinks taking that course will make them a millionaire? unlikely.
Universities try very hard, to insure students are capable of completing their chosen program.
In many cases the state has a real finical interest, in seeing students graduate.
For the for profit schools, this may not be as much of a concern.
The material presented may be good material, but the student, may not be capable of learning it.

Oh yeah, they get fined almost up to .5% of the damage they caused. I mean, severe penalties. NY does not mess around with this, it's why there's almost no fraud anywhere in NY.

Love distractions. It's all liberals have to go with. Trump University was a bait-and-switch scam that Donald Trump shilled for and his recent attack on the judge is a desperate Hail Mary play for another lawsuit he'll lose.
