Wlamart 911-Caller Ronald Ritchie to be indicted for Lying to Police before they shot

Re: Wlamart 911-Caller Ronald Ritchie to be indicted for Lying to Police before they

Wrong.
Again you show the same you showed each time previously.

Each case because of their differences are irrelevant to the others.
She applied the law consistently in each case.

In two of those cases, Couch and the 14 year old were both given sentences that allowed for rehab in-place of incarceration. Rehab facilities not taking the 14 year old because of the violent nature of his crime has nothing to do with her application of the law.

Yea I guess experts in the field that commentated on it not being equitable are all wrong and you are right. What exactly do you do in the judicial system btw?

You are now attempting the logical fallacy of appealing to authority. On top of that you have not even provided any expert, let alone "experts" to support your logical fallacy, nor could you provide an expert who actually took an unbiased review of all the available information in regards to the cases and come to your conclusion.

What is even more sad than that is that it appears that you do not fully read the articles that you provide, as one already proved you wrong and now it shows your above appeal to authority to be absurd.

From the article you provided.

... legal experts say it’s difficult to draw comparisons because of the confidentiality surrounding juvenile records. Each case is decided on its own merits and no two cases are alike, cautioned Huyen Pham, a criminal law professor at Texas A&M Law School.

The 14year old's crime was one of deliberate violence against another human which resulted in his death. He plead to manslaughter which is worse than Couch's crime of recklessness. Yet the Judge was willing to sentence both of them to treatment facilities.
And again; "Rehab facilities not taking the 14 year old because of the violent nature of his crime has nothing to do with her application of the law."

But since you couldn't argue against that you then absurdly presented another (and again) dissimilar case of a 16 year old who was found guilty of the even worse crime of "murder" who had a history of getting kicked out of treatment centers. And yet, somehow you think this is an example of the Judge being inequitable.

Your postilion is silly and only shows that you have no idea about what you are attempting to argue.

Again.
Each case because of their differences are irrelevant to the others.
She applied the law consistently in each case.

I am beginning to doubt you even understand what the underlined sentence means.

update-the county prosecutor decided NOT to indict the phone caller. Our less than intellectually powerful state AG thought it was the right call since it might "Deter people from calling 9-1-1 (and claiming someone is loading and pointing a gun he never did at others)

oh well

Well, then I guess it's officially open season on lying on 911 calls as long as the person you're lying about is Black.
