Yes, the Court upheld the lower Court's decision that it was not filed within the statutory deadline, which has absolutely nothing to do with the merits of the claim.NY court throws out birther suit to block Ted Cruz White House bid
A New York appeals court upheld a lower court's dismissal of a suit seeking to remove Republican presidential candidate Ted Cruz from the state's primary ballot because of his Canadian birth…………

And?
Yeah, the Birthers were a joke pushing a conspiracy theory. The Cruz thing is actually an interesting scenario that has yet to be settled by case law. My personal opinion is if you were born of an American parent then you are natural born. But it would be good to finally put the question to the legal test.
1. They should file again because statutes of limitation are to prevent stale claims, not just because they were short a few day.Lets see if they file again........or was the decision "with prodigious"
They may take this to the Supreme Court and yes they will likely loose, not that they should because the claim isn't stale. This will go to the Supreme Court, which will split 4-4, allowing Cruz to run. Trump will get the nomination. Trump will lose. And, in 2024, after a new Liberal is appointed to the Supreme Court, a man named Jose Jimenez will become the first illegal alien to become President of the United States.

2. I doubt that is the only case, but the people doing these filings do need "standing", which aside of the eligibility claim, is an unlikely high hurdle for them to meet.

This case was in a NYS court and asked the court to remove Cruz from the ballot..............and has no bearing on possible suits in Federal court.........Many cases thru out US have been tossed by various reasons..............however none has ruled on the "natural born citizen" issue to the best of my knowledge...
This issue is yet to be settled………..

Funny.
Obviously you have no clue to whom you are speaking, nor is that a relevant reply to what I stated.
If you think I was being nasty something is wrong with the way you view things.REALLY NOW!
Is there any need to be nasty?
All I was attempting to do was provide additional information with a report fleshing out more information on the issue.
Yeah. I guess you're right.
I has no idea who I was speaking to..........nor now.........
Do I care to.............
Do have a nice life............
If you think I was being nasty something is wrong with the way you view things.
I said you have no clue to whom you are speaking because I am more than aware of the eligibility and legal issues being discussed.
You would be well aware of that if you knew my postings on the issue.
And still, what you said in reply to me was and remains irrelevant to what you quoted.
Why on earth would you want to make untrue statements?I am so happy for you............
