A judge can compel the release of the document and any material within that document that doesn't qualify under the the itemized exceptions listed in the FOIA. The government cannot get around FOIA requests by claiming that all of the information is classified unless it is classified for those reasons. That is what the law says so the judiciary is empowered to enforce it. The Obama administration reviewed the document and redacted those parts that met the FOIA exemption criteria and released the remainder in compliance with the law.

The intelligence community, some republicans and real Americans went "ape**** over Trump telling the Russians" who supplied the intel and from what location. Do you even realize that you "misparaphrase" what the issue really is? And MR, you simply cant "misparaphrase" the fact that Israel gave us the intel on the condition we not share it.

It is Obama's left over intelligence personnel who keep on feeding things to the New York Times. Look at the Manchester bombing thing. Britain is pissed off at us for their intelligence they shared with us popping up in the New York Times. And who do you think did that? Do you think Trump has been feeding intelligence to the New York Times? It is low life Obama holdovers who value taking Trump down more than they do the safety of our country and then blast Trump for the very same thing that they are doing.

We were discussing your post concerning Trump revealing classified data to the Russians and how you had to intentionally or delusionally "misparaphrased" what the issue is. He gave the Russians the same intel that was on the six o'clock news weeks earlier. It is Britain that is ticked off at Obama's intelligence operatives for leaking classified information to the New York atimes but you want to ignore important leaks like that and concentrate on Trump telling the Russians what had already been reported in the media weeks before.

I don't know how secret this information was, but I don't think it should have been made public. It's been widely known for years that Israel has the bomb, but the fewer details about its nuclear weapons its enemies know, the better. It would be nice if Israel had one or two more submarines capable of firing nuclear-armed missiles. The jihadists who rule Iran would have very good reason to think twice about attacking Israel, if they knew a sub or two hidden in the Arabian Sea could destroy their own country.

2. Obama's holdover intelligence agents just leaked British classified information regarding the Manchester terrorist attack to the New York Times, endangering the investigation and both Britain's and our national security and you don't seem to care about that at all.
