Two staffers said to be involved in the misleading edit of a video last week of a protest in Washington were dropped by WBFF (Fox 45).

They were reporter Melinda Roeder and photographer Greg McNair, according to Roeder and three other sources at the station.

WBFF (Fox45) apologized last week online and on-air for misleadingly editing and airing a video of a protest march in Washington to make it seem as if protesters were chanting “kill a cop.”

To those who still have the unmitigated audacity to continue claiming that the protesters were chanting "Kill a cop", meet the other shoe, which is dropping hard on you at this very moment. The station has not only apologized for using the doctored footage, but has now fired those responsible for creating it.

So, how does it feel to be a faux story thread killa?

I'm sure the people who've been insisting that the protestors were advocating for the death of cops will claim that the firings are due to a liberal plot to suppress the truth.

You're doing that thing I do where I post about the predictable actions of certain members before they predictably act in the way I said they would. Worthy of a like but, that's my shtick. Don't steal my shtick.
