No, their delivery system is a pretty long way away from reaching much further than their own shores for the time being. They're still at the stage of firing something over Japan's heads and freaking everybody there out for a few minutes.

I'll bet. Fortunately for Japan, the technology for countering non-icbm weaponry has already been tried and true.

He may be fat but I dont think he's a loser- he is dictator of an entire country while only in his 20's and can pretty much do what he wants.

I feel cheated, North Korea promised to go after the White House, Pentagon and "whole U.S. mainland". In fact they said that they have already started. Kim Jong Un needs to do something big to save face. Not just his typical rhetoric, he has to take some major action against the US or Kim will be laughed at like a inept leader by those that wish to replace him.
 
What ever happened here after the fact hit the news. It seems to have faded in to the dark. Are they still without internet?
 
North Korea without internet is like missing on a can of beer.
