A College President Had to Apologize for Saying 'All Lives Matter'

Left-wing: "Black lives matter."

Response: *cough* Left-wing support for Planned Parenthood *cough, cough*

Wait...what?

Whats the abortion version of Godwinning?

He was placed in a headlock. He was breathing throughout. Was he experiencing cardiac duress? Very probably. Might that feel like not being able to breathe? Absolutely. But the very act of him expressing "I cant breathe' proves he WAS in fact breathing.

I've already posted the video at least twice, it's a modified rear lapel choke/modified read naked choke. I've tapped people out with that in competition. it's a choke. His breathing was stressed do directly to the actions of the cops over loose cigarettes (suspicion of, wasn't being observed)

I would be happy to demonstrate this "non-chokehold" move on anyone, they can dream about how much it's not a choke hold all they want after.

He died of a cardiac arrest over an hour after he left the scene in the care of a medical crew.

He died do to direct actions of the cops, and the lack of action by the paramedics.

Ive asked this of several people and their only answer continues to be what they want to NOT see happen...but what happens in your world when criminals understand that all they ahve to do to avoid getting a ticket is to ignore cops, tell the cop to leave them alone and that they dont want to be bothered? How does a cop do their job when they respond to a call, go to ask questions of a suspect, and that suspect just tells them to **** off, refuses to cooperate, refuses to provide any information, and just walks away? Thats what you are advocating.

cops knew garner. "hey garner, move along". did they try that first? Point being is the cops FIRST reaction was violence, not the last.

Which store called. The cop said he observed garner selling which he later backed off of. What store called? Forgive me if I don't take the cops word for it, they've already lied about the choke hold.

Is that response new to you? It shouldn't be. I've been seeing / hearing that rebuttal for weeks.

It is one that takes every last bit of wind out of those sails.

The cops first reaction was to approach him. The video doesn't start with their first interaction. What we DO see his his complete unwillingness to cooperate and comply with anything they said. You are making a judgment based on an unknown.

As for the 'choke', be honest. Why did he die? Was it because the cop attacked him and killed him or was it because he resisted and had a heart attack and died because he was morbidly obese?

Correct, he was the career criminal who was in and out of jail for the last 30 years. In fact, he was out on bail when this incident occurred.

He was what now?

Can you list his convictions and time served?

He was out on bail for the nefarious crime of selling loosies.

There should be no "jail" for victimless crimes.

Not all, but assault, grand larceny, and resisting arrest are noted.

He was out on bail for the nefarious crime of selling loosies.

He was out on bail for driving without a license, false impersonation, possession of marijuana, and yes selling loosies.

There should be no "jail" for victimless crimes.

There should be for habitual offenders like Garner.

So you have 3.

Officer palentino or whatever his name is, has numerous complaints of excessive force, including a payout to a victim...

How much different are they really?

I don't see any violent felonies here, none that would warrant a choke hold arrest under suspicion of selling loosies.

Hell I don't see any victims in his "crimes".

There should be for habitual offenders like Garner.

Nonsense. What does locking up someone who sells loosie accomplish? What is the plus here?
