It is only a gateway drug because it has to be purchased illegally from dealers who have other goods to sell.

And it's not the people who have undue influence over decisions like this one, but the big donors such as big pharma.

I believe the President of The United States of America has a little bit of influence and has reservations about legalization because he sees it as a gateway drug.

It depends, some guy who served on a Navy Obama class garbage scow for four years and gets out and forty years later he goes to the VA with an earache, no. But that's what's going on today.

Do you know how many vets abuse the VA system ? Do you know how much fraud is taking place ? It's why you have waiting list to see a physician.

If the VA starts going into the marijuana business, what you're going to see are the biggest pot dispensaries in the nation and those vets who need to see a physician asp will be waiting in lines or put on a waiting list. Come on, ****ing free marijuana.

it will also allow the VA to administratively yank veterans gun rights with no court hearing per their established procedures....

it would be much easier if the feds simply legalized MJ instead of trying silly things like this. MJ s not medicine, I've never gotten a prescription that said "use any variety of this drug in any amount you want when you feel you need it"

Can you link to where this is stated? All I can find does not give a 10 year time limit.

I would think the VA cant change their rules unless the US changes it's law and as soon as the US changes it's law, then the restriction wouldnt apply anymore.
