Krauthammer: 'Impeachable Offense' [W:406]

Re: Krauthammer: 'Impeachable Offense'

I think we should get to the bottom of who is the "SOMESAY"that is the source that Megyn Kelly/fox quotes so often.

"SOMESAY" = mythical group of characters in Megyn Kelly's mind, which is really her. ;)

Re: Krauthammer: 'Impeachable Offense'

Boy I sure hope so. And no.
I sure hope so as well. This president, The One on the golf course with a pen and a phone, needs to be impeached and removed from office. The real battle is for the Article V convention of states to propose amendments.

We need to neuter this monster we have created.

Re: Krauthammer: 'Impeachable Offense'

"I agree. I want him...well. In order to stay I shall not say."
Free elections really bother you, huh?
Elections are fine. Lawlessness is not.

From your comments it is clear that lawlessness to advance an agenda you approve of is fine. Such sloppy thinking does have consequences.

Obama should pay these clowns to impeach him. Since it's always been about him personally with these knuckle-draggers, this would focus the issue nicely.

Re: Krauthammer: 'Impeachable Offense'

Lynch? No. But an execution of the lawbreaker sounds great.

Ho come on, now. The idea of a lynching sounds really good to you, doesn't it?

Re: Krauthammer: 'Impeachable Offense'

Ronald Reagan and G Bush did the same thing and nobody yelled impeachment. Again; it's right-wing hypocracy at work here.

The Right Wing hypocritical? Surely not! Next you'll be telling me the sun rises in the east and sets in the west.

Re: Krauthammer: 'Impeachable Offense'

The violating the Constitution part isn't nearly that straightforward. Lincoln almost assuredly violated the Constitutional a number of times during the civil war. Would you have impeached him as well?

And he'll never see prison. No President ever will.
The Father of Lies massive record of lawlessness is straightforward enough. He needs to go.

Make your case that Lincoln, during a civil war, committed unconstitutional acts. I will read it.

I would happily approve his conviction and execution.

If Obama was all white, we would love hus politics and his policies? :lamo

Re: Krauthammer: 'Impeachable Offense'

We know you would be.

Lets see you answer this question: Did you know that the Constitution gives Obama the power to grant pardons to every illegal immigrant? What would be unconstitutional about him doing so?
Aren't pardons given after convictions?

Are you that eager to destroy the nation and remake it as a one-party nation? Have you checked out the history of the Soviet Union?

Lincoln unilaterally suspended habeus corpus. He also closed down newspapers and arrested editor for printing ant-war propaganda.

A pardon wouldn't make them citizens. That's absolutely the dumbest idea that I've ever seen on this forum.

Re: Krauthammer: 'Impeachable Offense'

Very true. I always hate it when people start talking about impeachment. Usually there is no basis for it. I see none here, but I would add the word yet to give me an out. For a successful impeachment to work one should look back to 1973 and 74. The Democrats never brought impeachment up for over a year in the Watergate hearings. They waited and waited, finally once public support came close to 50% for impeachment did the proceeding begin in the House committee which had some Republican support. 7 of the 17 Republican representatives supported at least one of the three articles of impeachment. Nixon resigned then. But if impeachment is to be successful, looking back to 1973 and 74 is the way to do it, not how it was done in 1998 and 99.

In the House committee during Bill Clinton's impeachment proceedings the votes were 21-16 along straight party lines. In the Full house vote the vote again was pretty much down party lines with 5 or 6 members of each voting the other way. In the senate it was once again a straight party line vote 45-55. A waste of time and energy, Clinton emerged much more popular with the people than when all of this began by as 57% approval rating before 65% after.
I agree that the House and Senate need to build the case for impeachment publicly in a sustained manner of the course of a long time. We have very weak men and women in office who care very little for the nation and very much for where they sit their butts.

It needs to start. Now.

Let us hope that the Father of Lies does pay the Republican "clowns" to impeach him. The Republicans need a communications plan. They need to build the case, daily, for why the Liar needs to go. Then everyone who appears in public needs to build on that case. By this time next year we could be rid of the One Big Assed Mistake America.

I would not object to charging the Democratic party the costs of ridding ourselves of this monster.

That's called self preservation. Very few politicians are willing to stick their neck out for or on any issue if it might mean there is a chance of losing the next election.

I want him dead. I want the rule of law to be restored. Lynching is more a Democratic party thing. The KKK was the enforcement arm of the democratic party. Intimidation and murder is something those you support do.

During a civil war that resulted in at least 600K dead... Had this occurred outside a civil war you would have a point.

Building support for removing an elected politician is always the way to go. It requires time, preparation, and willpower. If it was easy they would have done it.

Justify it how you want, but it was still unconstitutional.

Doesn't the right believe that the sun rises and sets in the west?

Re: Krauthammer: 'Impeachable Offense'

What's so odd is...you automatically assume the creators of this list has presented factual evidence because it came from just ONE MORE CRUSADING conservative group who wants to de-nut Obama.

Listen, I'm not an Obama lover. I've said such frequent times in various forums. I'll be glad when his presidency ends. But there are also lists by opponent groups for every sitting president who whine and make outlandish claims and would swear on their children's lives that their claims are true...only later to find out it's just more political bull****.

Did you personally take each individual item and confirm the validity of each? My bet is NO!

The new way of establishment of the truth -- or let's say demonstrating that evidence has probative weight is via being an obedient sycophant.

You have a lot of nerve calling anyone a sycophant. [which way do you lean again?]

I read through everyone of those and found only one problem....there aren't near enough. Other sites had 100s to instances of lawlessnees on the POTUS's part.

And you haven't denied or argued a single one.
