As Brent Crude Drops Below $90, Oil Stocks Tumble And Eyes Turn To Saudis

But if gas prices drop any further the drilling will no longer be profitable.

And that my friend is why drill baby drill worked. We now have an active on line oil reserve that can power up any time OPEC tries to screw with us. We will now have stability in oil prices because the Arabs no longer hold the key to the kingdom. This will do nothing but good for our economy.

So we don't want to drill baby drill anymore? That's over? Slow down on the drilling now, baby?

You're telling me that Obama's policies on oil have resulted in sufficient drilling, baby?

The free market will dictate what the oil company's do as far as drilling goes. Lower oil prices will likely slow new well development but as demand increases so will drilling. We are now back in the drivers seat and in control of our own destiny instead of OPEC owning our asses and this is all do to states allowing new oil development on their land. This has come about despite Obamas anti oil policies and rhetoric. Once we get a rep pres that opens up fed land we can tell the Saudis and OPEC to pound sand

It's like $3.10 right now. Not exactly big savings, and a big difference from the Republican's promised $2.

We want to drill everywhere to save 10 cents per gallon?

Regular went down to $2.83 where I live today.

Open up fed land and make oil become unprofitable. Why exactly is this what you want?

States and oil comps have done a fantastic job getting us well towards being energy independent but if Obama had tried to help instead of hinder we would be farther down that road and our economy would be booming instead of floundering. It is nice to see you finally acknowledge that supply and demand works with oil though, that is something people like you have tried very hard to deny. Yes indeed we can and have "drilled our way out of this".
