Lawyer: Police Haven't Talked To Michael Brown Shooting Witness

ok so where is the surveillance vid of him being a thief btw? Sure took them long enough to come up with this bull****. Not that him being a thief or not really matters. Cops killing average people is what matters.

You have no idea what happened inside the cops car.

This Kid wasn't a just a sweet law abiding " gentle giant" on his way to College

He was a violent criminal thug and its highly likely he attacked the officer.

He attacked the store employee. There's pictures of him choking the convenience store clerk.

Nope. Innocent until proven guilty in a court of law...did you forget that one? Usually those screaming KILL KILL KILL KILL the loudest forget that there are rights and liberties that must be adhered to and that there is a process for determination of guilt that everyone is entitled to. Oh, and that government force is limited.

This kid not being an angle is not excuse to execute him. It's not quite yet Judge Dredd in America.

There are pics and video of Michael Brown assaulting the store clerk.

There's no " alleged " to it, he strong arm robbed the store just prior to the confrontation that cost him his life.

The Cops innocent until proven guilty too, right ?

Face it, you bought into this manufactured false narrative of a " innocent gentle giant " being murdered for no reason by a cop

So did the rioters and protesters. How embarrassing.

The Peoe are innocent until proven guilty, the government has no such protection. I didn't buy into anything, I'm merely stating that this guy being less than an angel is not warrant for executing him. The government is limited.

You see, I agree with the bolded part. However, the folks who are anti-police knee jerk the other way and make an angel of the fellow immediately. We saw it happening from the beginning. So, look at it the other way around. Just because folks are calling him an angel doesn't mean he didn't do anything wrong that lead to his shooting.

It must be properly and thoroughly investigated. Wrong doing on the part of the police must be severely punished since they are government. It could be a justifiable shooting, but burden of proof falls to the State.

Proper, rightful, thorough investigation. The truth must be found.

lol you are a ****in idiot. Go look at the picture. That SOOO isnt him. Brown was chubby and the guy in the picture is a huge buff MAN. Way older. The cops are really covering their ass on this one. No wonder it took um so long to release anything.

Are you serious ?? His Lawyer isn't even trying to deny that that wasn't Brown.

Are you that brain-washed by all of this " no justice no peace " nonsense that you would deny photographic and video evidence ?

It'll be easy for the cops to verify and prove, if it's really him. There were witnesses in the video, and they can look at the people in the video, their clothes, etc. Maybe you should wait until they do it before you accuse the cops of covering something up?
