Then you should have been more specific. Besides, even if that were true, that only concerns US law, not the law of other sovereign states.

I knew what you meant but I was late getting here and waiting to see if you or anyone else explained it for the peanut gallery before I had to. It's embarrassing when a Canadian can follow things that some Americans seem oblivious to.

Most dems I know were openly critical of Obama even mid first term. We might have been critical of him for different reasons though.:peace

Come on - be real. Most Dems were full on infatuated with Obama and if they were at all critical it was because he was slow walking his Obama-ness and not hitting it full on as they wanted him to. Even now, after 5 plus years of a disastrous Presidency, a recent poll showed 74% of Democrats think Obama is doing a good job - that's just asinine cultish groupthink. So don't give me a line about "most dems" being openly critical of Obama.

Most dems I know had/have big issues with ACA. They are pretty vocal about it. I know many who have grave issues (including myself)with how long the wars went on Huge issues.

But with wars winding down and the economy improving. Yeah, the edge is taken off a bit.

I could be wrong, but I think those on the left and liberals in general are much more wrapped up in the celebrity effect. I don't remember there being a Bush Girl or any Bush idol worship that is prevalent with the Obama-ites.
