Only after they are checked out and determined to be no threat can their comments be ignored.

No, there are specific laws against making threats against the president or vice president even.

I'm surprised by this, you are quite vocal about some people not following immigration laws, yet you have no problem supporting not following the law when it's something you agree with. Interesting.
