And I can see how a conservative can fail to see the essence of the issue. Conservatives are low-effort thinkers. They always choose the easy way out of a difficult issue.

These are women and children seeking asylum from gang violence. They're not adult male gang members smuggling guns and drugs. That's an important part of how we deal with the problem, or it should be.

It is an election year. This is the time that the GOP "care" about illegal immigration, "sanctity of marriage", and abortion. After the election those all go right back on the back burner.

The 2nd largest income into Mexico's economy is people that send money from the US back to mexico.

I am not talking about people from Mexico. I am talking about people from farther south. The price goes way up when these people have to get through Mexico and that costs thousands more, so if they have the ability to borrow or create this much money, they should have no problem staying in their own country and making a nice life.

yeah i agree with that as well. I don't understand it how they are saving up that much money. the average mule cost 3-5k dollar usually per person.
if they can save that up where they are at then they must be doing good for themselves.

Trust me, as best as I can tell, it's not only conservatives who can see the essence of the issue, it's a large majority of the people. Perhaps Proglets need to up their game a bit, if they want people to buy their BS. Neither you, nor any others trying to sell this asylum story have any idea where these people are actually from. When the laws state you had better be from Guatemala, or Honduras, etc., then EVERYONE is from there.

Keep screwing the legal citizens over. They've got your number, and they are calling Obama the worst President ever.
