You aren't managing very well. You seem to find it quite acceptable to hate your fellow Americans. That is if you even are an American, which I'm beginning to doubt.

It is Americans that pay to keep our government officials in office. What's wrong with them being nice to the people who pay to keep them where they are? For that matter why shouldn't the oh so tolerant left exhibit a little tolerance for a change?

Empathy is a feeling. It costs nothing. I have plenty of empathy for my 'fellow human beings.' But I am not responsible to take them to raise. I expect the government that I pay to represent my interest as an American to use that money to represent my interest as they are getting paid to do. So far, during this administration that has not happened. Obama has run rough shod over the interests of those who pay him and Congress has sat back and allowed that to happen. Scuttlebutt has it they are worried about the next election. They should be. If they aren't in gear by then, I'm pretty sure they are going to be out on their asses.

I would say that since most seem to be fleeing rampant violence, that would make them refugees and not run of the mill illegal immigrants.

none of these kids would qualify as refugees.. they would not gain asylum either. ( according to guidelines)
