FTC Sues T-Mobile Over Unauthorized Wireless Charges - WSJ

The Federal Trade Commission sued T-Mobile US Inc. on Tuesday, accusing the wireless carrier of adding hundreds of millions of dollars in bogus charges to subscribers' bills as recently as December.

I think we all know how this is going to end up. T-Mobile is going to settle out and accept no responsibility. The FTC is going to "Disperse" the money to those affected. T Mobile is going to continue with their practices. The American people get shafted.

I miss anything?
