A man suspected in the attacks two years ago on U.S. facilities in Benghazi, Libya, which killed U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans arrived at federal court in Washington, D.C. today, a source told ABC News.

After Khattala's capture, Pentagon Press Secretary Rear Admiral Jack Kirby told reporters that the Libyan government was notified of the operation, but declined to say exactly when. A spokesperson for the U.S. State Department said it was a "unilateral U.S. operation."

"Terrorists go to great lengths to avoid capture and it can be a complicated process at getting them," Kirby told reporters. "You don't want to launch a complicated mission like this without all the proper information and resources in place. So what matters is not that it took a matter of time to get him, but that we got him.".....snip~

Who really knows anymore? Who do we trust?

It seems we are trapped into thinking that we all share the same values and want a better life for everyone everywhere, despite our internal differences on how to achieve these goals. Now, for the first time in my life, it appears that someone is attempting something quite different than what any leader in any democracy ever attempted before, apart from Quisling. It seems to me that Barrack Obama formed his opinions on America during his university years and they haven't changed since then. He honestly feels he knows better than everyone else about the western world, the changes which should be made, and has no real idea of what the consequences might be. It's all academic.

People had access to the truth before he was elected the first time but chose to ignore or tried to shout it down. They should have been aware of his lack of competence before they elected him again but they were still blinded by his light. Now even the hardest of the hard core Obama supporters, or those who are reasonably aware anyway, must recognize they've been duped.

What's your take on all of this?

Well this morning......several MS Media News outlets were reporting that Khattala was the Mastermind behind the attack on the Consulate......all on the Radio. Every ten or 15 mins. That's how they are Reporting this to the American people. He.....Khattala was the Mastermind. Its a straight up lie.....and If I was the station manager. I would have told them......don't let me hear them repeat that Lie on Broadcast again. Or they will be out of a Job.....Right then and there, and no ifs ands or Buts about it. Telling them nah.....you don't get to make **** up on the fly while reading your breaking news.

Stick to the script.....or hit the door.

I don't think BO has ever had a clue.....I wish they would have showed when Bruthas from the street talk to him. So that all can see just how he was spoken to and talked to by his own. Being told He don't know squat and is nothing more than a 2 bit con man that got lucky. Not so smart like many believe. BO was never a Leader.....just a follower.

I do think it is a big mistake bring this guy back to the states and treat him as a regular law breaker. He should have been sent to Gitmo, found out what he knew and then stood before a military tribunal. I just can't understand treating these guys like they just robbed a liqueur store downtown Miami or something.

In a more perfect world sure. But I don't trust any government to do the right thing. Oversight is critical, and the O administration is desperate for closure. I'd prefer to see the government prove his involvement in the open. This also shows that rendition is alive and well.

Its coming Monte.....Gowdys Depositions are the key. Plus now even Hillary admitted they didn't know have the Answers. So basically what she is admitting.....she dropped the ball and State did not know what was happening.

But we also have confirmation from the Libyans and from both sides of the divide there. That they informed State directly!!!!!

Btw Monte. Khattala did state.....Not guilty!

They didn't even have him in handcuffs in the court. Imagine that. But they did tell him......more charges would be coming.

I contacted WBBM FM and jumped all into their ass for trying to report it over the News that Khattala was the mastermind behind the attack. Told them I would take that BS to the Air and set them out for falsely misleading the Nation.

Plus I will give it to Joe Walsh so he can go after them and draw more heat to it. Just sayin. Send in the Pawns first.

He pleaded not guilty, at least that is what I heard on the news. So we shall see what happens. But my ex-military mind works a bit different. I am more interested to find out what he knows even if it means that it can't be used in a civilian court of law and to protect our sources, means and ways we knew about him and captured him. That way the same sources, ways and means can be used to capture other terrorists.

He knows who all the players are with the Militias......he also knows who was Hired by the State Dept.

Oh, and the New Chief of SOCOM was the one to Capture him.....after the Libyan General made his point. Which i showed you what that Generals spokesperson was saying.
