Immigrant Children Raped, Punched, Kicked in Border Patrol Custody: Complaint

No, and bull**** about the basic human rights. Just more sob story tactics to shoehorn them in. No one sane is buying the crap anymore.
So no? anyone who comes into this country who is validated, all their human rights can be thrown out the window? Sounds kinda like the DPRK....

Give it a rest. Again, knock off the bull**** tactics and language changes, it's transparent. They should be deported, period.
But before they are deported then what? Rape is cool?

What laws? What laws specifically are not "being upheld"?

Are you being thick all of a sudden? What do you mean what laws specifically aren't being upheld? Border laws. The laws that pertain to the border. Who can enter the country where and under what conditions and everything else is forbidden.

What are you talking about here? What is "validated". There are no "human rights". There are rights agreed upon by nations and you have only so much of them as the nation housing you at the time says you have. That is reality. Always been that way, always will be. And no, sounds nothing like the DPRK, they deal with illegal immigration old style, with lead upfront. Not near what I suggest here.

But before they are deported then what? Rape is cool?

Of course not, but we shouldn't change focus. No down the rabbit hole investigations, deport and keep deporting. Folks won't be around long enough for these sorts of crimes to occur.

What law!? Seriously? What laws are being violated?

So no investigation should be brought into these cases just because they crossed a border illegally?

They should all be deported. The only investigation should be into why these kids arent being sent home.

No investigation to allegations that kids were raped?

Of course. Find them.

You say we are not enforcing the law. What parts of the law? How do you know we are not enforcing the law when you cant even point out the specifics?

I know because I've read the law. Why don't you do the same?

Sometimes it's good to do for oneself, rather than depend on the collective to do it for you.

So instead of laying out how the law is not being enforced just gonna say it is and leave it at that. Gotcha.

If they were at home where they belong with their parents WHERE THEY SHOULD BE. NONE OF THIS WOULD be necessary.

Absolutely should be an investigation into why obama is not securing our border properly.

Did Bush secure the border? Should he also be investigated?

No, until the day you and the rest of the sympathizers give up on the insipid "undocumented immigrants" language and stop trying to shoehorn these invaders in with the ahhhh, so cute tactics. Stop with the idiot Sally Struthers routine and deport the freakin' illegals, then maybe there won't be a problem.

So until these people are deported you think it is alright for them to be mistreated?

There have been many complaints pied up over time with these types of accusations. I think an investigation needs to brought forward to this, and that the way we treat immigrants while in custody needs some major reform. If any of these accusations show to be true, then we need major overhaul in how we detain undocumented immigrants.

the 1924 law, defines them as "illegal aliens"

...

I think I'll let you cool down before you make a fool of yourself.

I believe he is trying to keep you from making a fool of yourself.

I believe he is trying to keep you from making a fool of yourself.

That would be a noble effort on his part but the problem is I never make a fool of myself so it's a futile exercise on his behalf.

Cheers.

No. I'm going to give you a link to the law, which I did, and let you read it yourself. I guess you're just going to say show me and leave it at that. Gotcha.

As I wrote before, sometimes it's good to learn how to do for oneself. So much better an attitude from a "survival of the species" approach.

you really believe they have time to rape children with the border being overwhelmed? Come on think about it.

Isn't the claim is that the sexual assualts be happening in the detention cells...not by the BP who are stretched thinly.

If the detainees are being fed food that they don't like, that's one thing. Abuse is another. No matter how overworked BP agents are, they are not allowed to treat people that way. Physical abuse, rape, humiliation? That has nothing to do with being overworked.

I don't disagree but the problem I see is that we're dealing with people who have plenty of incentive to lie. That doesn't mean they're actually lying, of course, but I don't know that there is any real credible evidence that abuse is as widespread as the people indicate.

I've got a question? I have not seen anyone suggest that we call the National Guard to help out? Why are we not calling in the military to protect our borders?
