I'm typing on a computer safely, I ride a motorcycle safely, I swim in the ocean safely, and neither Rice nor Obama is responsible for that or is the cause of that.

Anybody that really thinks the government ACTUALLY protects them from anything is most naïve and gullible, and very well indoctrinated.
