A fine example of Christian 'persecution' in Mississippi

Miss. businesses stick it to religious freedom

The Mississippi Religious Freedom Restoration Act – which is to take effect July 1 – mirrors one passed on a federal level during the Clinton administration. It is designed, in part, to protect business owners who don't want to do work to promote homosexual activism. Upon signing the measure, Governor Phil Bryant expressed his hope that people realize it contains no element that the federal law doesn't have in it.

In response to passage of that bill, owners who want the business of homosexuals are now posting blue, circular window stickers that incorporate the rainbow colors typically associated with homosexual activism.

Buddy Smith, executive vice president of Tupelo-based American Family Association, offers his take on the sticker campaign.

"It's not really a buying campaign, but it's a bully campaign," he says, "and it's being carried out by radical homosexual activists who intend to trample the freedom of Christians to live according to the dictates of scripture.

"They don't want to hear that homosexuality is sinful behavior – and they wish to silence Christians and the church who dare to believe this truth."

Can anyone tell me in what shape, fashion or form, a little sticker in the windows of non-discriminating businesses may be construed as "bullying" and/or "silencing" Christians?

So it begins. The start of real persection against Christians. I'll start reletivel minor like this, but it will pick up steam. At least it will weed out those that only ware Christanity like a fasionble necklass.
I swear! I did not alter this comment by Mojo in any manner.

What an excellent idea, hat's off to the counter attack on that law. Peaceful, quiet, to-the-point, discreet declaration of inclusiveness. There's been no accountin' the type of Christian that tries to claim any kind of persecution of kind, no accountin' whatsoever. They're just nuts.

Where do businesses get these stickers?

When the madness over the bill to allow discrimination in AZ was going on, activists were making signs for companies to display if they wanted to, saying they don't discriminate and will serve anyone.

Amazing how some people are all for the free market, except when the free market does something they disagree with.

LOL
