The right to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures without a warrant issued upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
Maybe some of this language is familiar to you.
I'm not aware that any muslim mosques in NYC had any of these rights you identified curtailed. However, given probable cause, any of us - not just muslim groups, could have these things occur. In fact, all it takes is a phony phone call and we can get "swatted".
