Today's generation doesn't have that understanding - hence why tv shows have the warning 'do not try this at home'.

That's right, we still enforce domestic laws and schools are still run more or less the same even when **** is going sideways around the world. Its almost as if they have nothing to do with each other at all, did you know that while men fought and died on the beaches of Normandy that there were police men in New York enforcing speed limits and other laws? Scandalous
