No. We hated him because he told the President that he made over $250k/yr. as a contractor. Surely that's above the union journeyman wage.

The data suggest otherwise. Alabama 6.1% unemployment. Mississippi 8.0% unemployment. Louisiana 5.7% unemployment. I would say these states are only doing slightly better than the national average.

The states with unemployment rates under 5% are North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Utah, Iowa, Vermont, Wyoming, Hawaii, Minnesota and Kansas.

I don't think you can make a correlation based upon economic policies of these particular states. There are too many variables involved.
