Its this one. Birds that fly close to the towers get fried.

This plant generates 1/7000th of the annual energy production of a single nuclear reactor.

So it seems to be a network of solar plants rather one giant plant, but it's still a good idea.

There was a good news article on it some time ago, but I don't know where it is anymore.

Oh please... that's a myth I've been hearing for almost 8 years now. It's not going to happen anytime soon. They've been at it for almost a decade and what started out as a promising project, it's been grinded to a halt and it's now in limbo.
