Michael Johnson, 22, was charged with exposing sexual partners to HIV in October. Police announced Thursday they uncovered videos — likely filmed in secret — that allegedly show Johnson having unprotected sex with various people he met through social media.


An HIV positive college student could have knowingly infected more than 30 people with the deadly virus while secretly filming their sex romps on his laptop, police said.

Michael Johnson, 22, was charged with exposing sexual partners to HIV back in October but prosecutors just announced Thursday that a police investigation uncovered the incriminating videos, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported.

I wish there was something that could be done besides life in prison, I mean he more or less gave a death penalty to those that are infected, shouldn't that warrant the gas chamger or a needle for him?

I am unfamiliar with that series. I figure the only way to stop him from subjecting someone to aids is to turn the asshole into a Eunuch and they should tattoo AIDS on each of his ass cheeks so if someone wants to use him as a peg boy they have fair warning,

I could be considered (and probably is, in many jurisdictions) to be attempted murder. At the very least it is depraved indifference with the intent to cause great bodily harm. In any case, it's a major felony and he will do major jail time for it, while taxpayers foot the bill for thousands each month to provide him with his HIV medication.

Yeah, there's no positive outcome in this case, for anyone.

In our society when you commit crimes, you get punished. No need to idolize the cruel and unusual.

Gay or not, people should always think about using a condom. HIV is also carried and transmitted by heterosexuals and at alarming rates in the black population.

Oh lord let's not make this about his sexual orientation, because it's irrelevant. Scumbags are scumbags.

With the treatments available today people can live with viral loads that are pretty much zero, so I don't think what he did to others is necessarily a death sentence. Nonetheless, he should be charged with multiple accounts of attempted murder because he did it with total malicious intent.

Not only that, but it must be acknowledged that every person he had unprotected sex with was a complete and total idiot (assuming of course that they were not drugged and were old enough to be capable of consent).
