OMG this is hilarious. Not just the act itself, but the butthurt reactions. Hell, those sorry racists deserved to get hacked!

And for all those who think what the racists did was free speech. Uh, no it wasn't. That very likely could have been designed to incite violence.

If a white person (all else being equal) attacks a white person solely because that person is white, and the attacker is a member of a white hate group and has white hate propaganda, being white is not a defense.

Ahhh, ok. I'll tell you honestly that I'm not a big fan of "hate" crime legislation. We have it in Texas but it's rarely used. All it does is make crimes tougher to prove, because now you have to prove motive. Also, it seems oddly applied. For example, why is not all rape committed against women considered a hate crime? I also admit there is some part of me that bristles just a little at the implication that an assault against me is somehow just less bad. **** that, all crimes against me personally should be capital crimes.

Hate crimes are only prosecuted in clear cases of basically terrorism. No other motive for the crime, and attacker is a member of a hate group. Such things don't take much time to discover.

For example, why is not all rape committed against women considered a hate crime.

Because it is only a hate crime when the crime is committed ONLY for the purpose of striking fear into a population, and ONLY when the attacker is a member of a hate group and/or has hate group propaganda against the victim in their possession.

Hate crime is worse for society than if someone attacks you for money or revenge. Random victims being targeted in an organized effort for the sole purpose of striking terror is a much greater harm and danger for society as a whole. It's similar to the difference between 2nd and 1st degree murder, but with much larger implications resulting from the motive.

Unapproved thought during criminal acts is not terrorism. Hate group means nothing in the US.

Are you unfamiliar with motive in the US justice system? Do you consider the difference between 1st and 2nd degree murder to be "thought crime"?
