Health and Human Services secretary Kathleen Sebelius responded moments ago to questions about whether she will resign in the wake of the Affordable Care Act’s problematic rollout. Her response is raising some eyebrows.


“My goal is to actually get the website up and running,” she told reporters. “The majority of people calling for me to resign I would say are people who I don’t work for..."

We knew this was so in Obama's Amerika, it's just nice that when the heat is on, and these Socialists lose their cool, they finally admit what's going on.

She's proven herself to be a major league liability. She gets roasted on a comedy show where she got the most basic questions and couldn't... didn't want to answer them, she's running away from her responsibility to answer for the abortion she and Obama plopped on the nation, and now she waves her middle finger at more than half the country.

Such a compassionate party those Socialists.

She, like Obama have long proven they're models of The Peter Principle. And arrogant SOB's to boot!

ROTFLOL... That was taken way out of context. He never said he didn't care what the people thought. He never said he didn't work for more than half the country.

Sebelius basically said... I do not work for more than half of America.

He brushed off what 2/3 of Americans thought. But I know you're going to twist your way through this for narrow-minded political purposes.

He didn't blow off 2/3rds of the people, and he never said he didn't work for them. In matters of national security, there are times when you have to do the unpopular, and the propagandists sure went after Bush... that's not the case with Sebelius or Obama.

The House is in Republican hands, and not one Republican voted for ObamaKare. They kept the House too.
They have been trying to defund it.

Most Americans don't want Obama's Abortion. They want it taken to the toxic waste dump where it belongs.

Now, you certainly recall many Demokrats voted to send our troops into Iraq War 2. You might even recall Senate Demokrats wanted and got a second symbolic vote so Americans would understand they were really for this action. You also recall the Demokrats double fisted knives in the troops backs when times got a little tough.

Of course... Demokrats and their Der Stuermer Propagandists wanted America to retreat... because it's in their DNA. Anything for an upper hand politically because they are shameless scum.

I never heard Sebelius say it either. She said she didn't work for the people that want her to resign. Do you have anything that says it's half the population?

Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius is rebuffing calls from Republicans for her to resign over the troubled launch of the ObamaCare sign-up website, saying those asking her to resign are “people I don’t work for.”

Sebelius gave the comments on a tour Thursday of an ObamaCare call center in Phoenix, which kicks off a multi-city tour by administration officials to promote the health care law amid the website's troubles.

Sebelius said “no one is getting fired” over the litches and that her main focus is to get the website up and running.

“The majority of people calling for me to resign I would say are people who I don't work for, and who do not want this program to work in the first place,” she said. “I have had frequent conversations with the president and I've committed to him that my role is to get the program up and running and we will do just that.”

Sebelius’ comments come after Rep. John Fleming, R-La., sent a letter to President Obama signed by 33 Republican members of Congress calling for Sebelius’ resignation over the troubled health care law roll out.

When they do, let me know. Until then all I see is 33 House members, which does not represent more than half the people. That's not even 1/3 of the Republicans, much less 1/2 of the House.

As far as incompetency, we crossed that bridge in 2000. Obama's not an improvement, but considering he replaced an incompetent Pres...

It is unlikely anyone will get thrown under the bus on this one. They already have scapegoats. The government knew the system was crashing with only 200 people testing it, but it cant be proven WHO knew what or when and like everything else that occurs in the administration...Sgt Schultz knows NUSSING!!!

Obama needs a scapegoat, she's a perfect candidate. Democrats in Congress are pissed because they supported this POS, and are now getting ****ed by an incompetent implementation of the law through software glitches so amateurish as to be globlally laughable. I think think they'll eventually get onboard for this resignation because it takes the heat off Obama.
