Actually it isn't. See, there was a hidden provision in Obamacare (All the best ones are hidden) that nullifies the 1st Amendment. Now, not everyone can see it just by reading the bill online form cover to cover. There are certain steps you must take before the secret clauses are revealed.

1. Subscribe to the Patriot Post.
2. Wish upon a star for Obama to be the Communist Superdevil.
3. Collect some brown rocks, any will do.
4. Beat The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask using only one three-day cycle after getting the Ocarina of Time back from Skull Kid.
5. Vanquish the Wizard Harry Reid upon a grilled cheese.
6. Download the PDF file of the ACA, and edit the document to include the 1st Amendmnet killer provisions.

It's just that easy!

What I Know About The America: We saw the response and killing of one woman in DC this past week by way too many police with full auto AR15s.
The images of Waco should burn in the minds of every freedom loving person everywhere in the world. Its "old conspiracy theory" was pretty much proven valid, old boy. Ever hear of the Rosenbergs, the treasonous giving away of our Atomic secrets to the enemies sworn to bury us, the Soviets? Perhaps Alger Hiss, FDR's boy, the executive secretary of the Dumbarton Oaks Conference, which drew up plans for the future, much flawed, United Nations. The Venona transcripts, possibly?

There are, of course, myriad more instances... Joe McCarthy was right as well, it was just his blunt/brusque manner that did not sit well with most Americans, but he was certainly correct in the majority of his assertions about Communism and its infiltration into our Government and American society.

So, besides an attempt to appeal to popular, and mainly misinformed, prejudices rather than by using rational argument, what might be your point?
