Cruz is the one the left is doing its best to demonize. He must be who they are most scared of. He has my vote.

He is fit, he just isnt going to run.
Him and "the Donald" need to keep their mouths shut and not make a mockery of running for president.
It does the GOP no good.
 
Nugent should run as a Libertarian third Party candidate.

Cruz wasn't born in the USA.

I've been getting robo calls from Cruz to abolish the IRS and just have a flat tax. Who does he think is going to collect the flat tax?

Neither side exclusively "supports the troops". I'm so sick and tired of hearing support the troops this, and support the troops that. Leave us out of these stupid squabbles.

Sadly this attitude is quite prevelant from the right. There are plenty of leftys buried in Arlington.

The "True American" nonsense is right there with it as well. Palin is famous for that crap.

he's solid on 2nd amendment rights... other than that, he's a typical "law and order" hawkish conservative... hell, he's fully invested in the drug war.

he's as much a libertarian as I am a communist.

Then somebody should tell him that. Ever since the 2008 election, he's been getting closer and closer to the Libertarian party. I really wouldn't be surprised if he ran as a Libertarian candidate if he did make a go at the Presidency.
