Two Massachusetts men have filed a defamation suit against the New YorkPost over a front page cover that falsely named them as suspects in the BostonMarathon bombing.

Tarmalan Tsarnaev may sue too, if he is still alive.
 
If the feds were seeking those two it wouldn't be defamation. Crowdsourcing was to blame in those two being named, not the NYP.
