Pre-requisite for being hired;
- former lobbyist for a left wing group or a big bank
- Must fail to pay taxes
- Be a former member or have questionable ties to some radical group (Weather Underground etc)
- have the memory of an Alzheimer's patient..."I don't know, I wasn't aware, I had no knowledge" etc
