Sarah Hall Ingram served as commissioner of the office responsible for tax-exempt organizations between 2009 and 2012. But Ingram has since left that part of the IRS and is now the director of the IRS’ Affordable Care Act office, the IRS confirmed to ABC News today.

Someone overheard Obama in the Oval Office say to Putin who was on the line... "Don't vorry Komrat... itz juzt a Kapitalist tissue of lice. Vee vill prevail."

You have to admit... from the KGB/IRS to the Obama's CommiKare... the perfect move in the minds of folks like Obama.

LOL !!!

Imagine that. I sincerley hope she' s wearing a orange jump suite in the near future.

Something doesn't smell right with Ms. Ingram.

UPDATED: IRS tax exemption/Obamacare exec got $103,390 in bonuses; Did Obama OK them? | WashingtonExaminer.com

The big bonuses she received (which require Presidential approval) coincide with the years in which these conservative groups were heavily targeted and she gets promoted for her efforts. Couple this with the President's non-answer yesterday about if anyone in the WH knew of the shennanigans going on at the IRS and you have enough, IMHO, to consider a special investigator.

It shouldn't be a special investigation, it should be your regular full-on, investigation. :)

Its called "career advancement" she left the office in 2012 to work a different position, or are you going to tell me you're upset because in 2012 someone wasn't punished for something that wasn't known until 2013.

Google "linear time" and get back to me.

So when she gets a bonus from Obama, it's a scandal, but when she receives a bonus from President Bush, it's due to good service? Gotcha.

One lawyer, Sarah Hall Ingram, received a $46,900 award, after being singled out for distinguished service by President Bush.

A presidential commendation may have secured Ingram her biggest award last year, but she also received $24,140 in 2001 and $21,000 in 2002. Indeed, 13 senior executives pulled in five-digit bonuses for each of the last three years.

Perfect placement... Perrrrrrrrrrrrfect Placement. From head of targeting the Tea Party to Head of the ObamaKare KGB.

She proved she was a Komrade up to the job.

Nobody was blaming Bush. The OP implied that Ingram was dirty because she received bonuses during her tenure at the IRS. I was pointing out that she also received such bonuses from President Bush. So, until the OP or anyone else can link her bonuses to any person/part of this scandal, this thread is moot. That's called substance.

Blaming B00sh is not a post with any substance

It's not substance at all. You're trying to make a morally relative argument that's a laughable strawman. The left can't create a post excusing Obama without raising the menacing specter of B000000SH. it's pathetic.

Did the IRS specifically target groups during Bush's Presidency based upon words like "Social Justice" and "Progressive"

And if they did, did Bush promote this person after that fact? Yes or No

It's not a morally relative argument. It's a fact based argument. The OP pointed out the bonuses received by Ingram, but has provided to proof that they were directly related to Obama and the investigation of conservative groups. That was the inference behind the post and it didn't take long for you to jump to the same conclusion. The gist of my post was, Ingram also received bonuses from Bush, so you can't make the conclusion that just because she received bonuses from Obama, means that she was in any way involved or responsible for the targeting of conservative groups.

You are trying to make a morally relative argument. You just even said so in this post. She received bonuses from B0000000SH too so Obama can't be held responsible for Gestapo tactics she engaged in under his watch or something

You think Obama didn't know what the IRS was doing at all and only just found about this by watching CNN? Really?

Sheesh. Again, not what I am saying. You cannot point to the bonuses she received and use those as cannon fodder against Obama because they aren't indicative of any type of cover-up. Bonus like the ones she received were common and even happened under Bush's term. Clear enough?

You think Obama didn't know what the IRS was doing at all and only just found about this by watching CNN? Really?

From your own link:

Mr. George told Treasury officials about the allegation as part of a routine briefing about ongoing audits he would be conducting in the coming year, and he did not tell the officials of his conclusions that the targeting had been improper, he said. (my emphasis)

From your own link:

Are you kidding me right now?

You don't think that the people he told could not have come to those conclusion themselves? IRS specifically targeting groups based upon ideology 2 + 2 = what to you

You are grasping at straws

No more so than you are jumping to conclusions.

This is hilarious

If you were told the IRS was specifically targeting individuals, religious institutions and groups based upon ideology you would need someone to tell you it was improper?

If I was told that parts of the IRS were under audit based on their business practices, I would assume that it was because they were thought to be improper. But I would wait for the investigation to be over before I labelled them as improper.

Dodge noted. The IRS is not a business.

If you were told the IRS was specifically targeting religious institutions, Jewish groups, pro life groups and other groups based upon key words such as "Patriot", "Constitution", "Tea Party" and "The Bill of Rights" you would need someone to tell you this was improper for you to question it?

I'm not saying it's improper to question it. I am saying that coming to a conclusion prior to the end of an investigation is jumping to conclusions. All they were told was there was going to be an audit. It would have been improper for them to turn around and state it as fact.

I don't think you're arguing what you think you are arguing

There is no disputing that Obama knew the IRS was targeting religious, jewish, pro life and tea party groups BEFORE the election.

Are you disputing this? Secondly, are you condoning such action by the IRS?

Do you think it's proper for the IRS to ask people the content of their prayers?

How about a login to your website so they can monitor you and access your database?

Oh, I didn't know you had proof that Obama knew the IRS was targeting religious, jewish, pro life and tea part groups before the election. Mind if I take a look at this proof? How about we just go ahead and forward this to AG Holder. It will probably make his job easier.
