The plot thickens! It'll be a travesty if someone doesn't go to jail over this.

The progressive-leaning investigative journalism group ProPublica says the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) office that targeted and harassed conservative tax-exempt groups during the 2012 election cycle gave the progressive group nine confidential applications of conservative groups whose tax-exempt status was pending.

These are groups funded by George Soros

No one's going to jail, no one is going to care, and few are going to listen. They got pay checks to cash, hand outs to receive, and the status quo to maintain. I mean come on if people really don't care that a US ambassador is dead thanks to complete incompetence and a pathetic attempt to cover up that incompetence do you really expect them to prosecute someone for political incorrectness?

When was the last time you heard about the investigation McCain clamored for over the "leaks" about the US conducting cyber attacks on Iran's nuclear program? Someone was going to jail then too - oops - all that did was make ofailure look presidential just in time.

Then wouldn't it be ironic if most of those conservative groups were funded by the Koch brothers.

Is the IRS illegallly leaking confidential information to The Koch Brothers?

Are the Koch Brothers former Nazis?

Wait, applications for tax-exempt status are confidential? Is the status itself confidential?

Just seems like the sort of thing that would be a public document.

You sure hell don't leak the applications to othe NFP's....LOL!!!!!

Just seems like the sort of thing that would be a public document.

Not if there are names, phone numbers, PIN's, SSN's, etc. on them.

How about you go research how public those apps are?

I dunno, did the IRS leak that Soros funded the progressive groups?

Are the Koch Brothers former Nazis?
Umm, probably more like Nazi wannabes with a new name.

Well, Soros is alot more than just a Nazi wannabe. He actually worked for the Nazis during WW2.

Feel free to provide any evidence you may have

Secondly I don't see any of these "Koch funded" Tea Party groups working with the IRS like the Gestapo to harass and intimidate private citizens

Exibit A in why conservatives are considered lunatics.

Feel free to look up "irony" in the dictionary.

And why would you expect to see tax evaders helping the IRS, especially if those tax evaders were funded by the Kochs?

well. cmon. I mean, it's all she's got in this subject. There really isn't a defense for IRS agents targeting groups they disagree with ideologically and then leaking their confidential material to opposition groups in the hopes of swaying a presidential race. That's about as blatant an abuse of government as you get.

By knee jerk defending everything Obama does, they are only digging themselves out of a hole of lost credibility from which they never recover. The "Progressive Movement" has become a joke because of it's cult like belief in Obama
