Wonder if the newer models can handle teflon?
From what I've read, the plan is that v2 will be able to print hard plastics (as with v1) and various forms of polyurethane. It will also be able to print individual objects with more than one material (for example a hard plastic core with a soft rubbery outer shell).
Sadly I don't have enough experience of working with the materials that you're using, but I have successfully used RepRap to create molds (in pieces that have to be put together, then sanded) that I used for making carbon fiber items and fiber glass molds. I also made a chess set
