Ben Carson: Liberals Don’t Like Me Because They’re ‘Racist’ (AUDIO)

Reference?
White Liberals are about as racist as it gets

The minute a black man steps off the liberal plantation he's targeted and attacked

Reference?

How many articles and tweets do you need me to link of lilly white liberals calling Dr. Carson an Uncle Tom and a Token?

The knives are out on this guy. Humiliation and attempts to discredit him are in full effect by the racist left.

No Mr. Carson, I don't hate you because you're black. I don't even hate you.

Why I think you're a moron is because you compared homosexuality to bestiality.

No race issue at all.

He didn't compare homosexuality to bestiality. You're lying.

He used the same argument the Liberal Justice of the Supreme Court Sotomayor used during Oral Arguments at the Prop 8 hearing

He didn't compare homosexuality to bestiality. You're lying.

Irony.

“a well-established, fundamental pillar of society and no group, be they gays, be they NAMBLA, be they people who believe in bestiality — it doesn’t matter what they are. They don’t get to change the definition.”

Using two groups in the same sentence is not comparing them.

What you quoted is not comparing homosexuals to bestiality, it says that homosexuals are a group of people and they don't get to change the definition (of marriage, I assume).

I'm all for gay marriage, but that reference is a fail if you're saying it compares gays to bestiality.

Never said that. You're dealing with cards pulled from your behind yet again. [...]
Well, that is the typical right wing argument. Unable to argue the facts (or to argue on topic), they make up something then argue against it... they employ so many strawmen that the unemployment rate should be negative.

[...] It's nothing more than yet another right wing bible thumper trying to inflict his views on others.
Since I know pretty much zero about this guy, I checked his Wikipedia page and see that you are right. Explains a lot, and earns him a "nevermind... "

As to racism and race baiting, we all know that if he was not black the hard right would not be trotting him out all over their circuit like their prize pony. I'm sure the good Dr. knows that do, but may intend to ride this horse all the way to the bank.

Some insight on his history: Opinion: Ben Carson, admirable man with a mistaken philosophy - CNN.com

Where did he claim homosexuality is like bestiality? You're engaging in irrational emotional reasoning. Not facts and logic.

Audio highlights from Proposition 8 oral argument : SCOTUSblog

From the Supreme Court oral arguments

SOTOMAYOR: Mr. Olson, the bottom line that you're being asked -- and -- and it is one that I'm interested in the answer: If you say that marriage is a fundamental right, what State restrictions could ever exist? Meaning, what State restrictions with respect to the number of people, with respect to - that could get married -- the incest laws, the mother and child, assuming that they are the age -- I can -- I can accept that the State has probably an overbearing interest on -- on protecting a child until they're of age to marry, but what's left?

Using your "logic", a liberal SCOTUS judge compared homosexuality to incest. Where's your outrage?

Ben Carson: Liberals Don't Like Me Because They're 'Racist' (AUDIO) | TPM LiveWire

Honestly, how can anyone take this man seriously? Sure there are racists on the left. Certainly more than their fair share on the right as well.

When you make inane comments like this man has, and you put yourself out there as he has, expecting not to be criticized on one's position is rather short sighted. Playing the race card just looks shallow.

The guy may well be educated. But he certainly looks stupid.
Wow. Ben Carson offers some disparaging commentary about Obamacare and suddenly he's the left's new public enemy #1. Whod'a saw that one coming?

He's black, he's articulate, and he tells it like it is. He scares you. Plain and simple.

Reference?

you can't win that argument with facts. the NAACP paid a lot of money to poll tens of thousands of people to prove that whites are racists. the people being polled didn't know what the poll was about and the questions were hidden among other questions that had nothing to do with race. The people polled, believed the poll was about space aliens in general, and 82% believed it's possible that Earth is occasionally visited by natives of other planets but only 24% believed it was likely. The questions about aliens served as a nice distraction, especially since the NAACP didn't want to draw attention to their poll results. . 13% of America define themselves as black and 13 percent of those polled defined themselves as black, so they were fairly represented. 47% of America define themselves as white and 74% of those polled defined themselves as white, so they were fairly represented. here's what the NAACP is silent about; everyone polled, was given an array of racial stereotype statements that are scientifically untrue, about every race. (examples: there are as many blacks on welfare as there are whites working, more than half of the white race are inbred) 64% of blacks identified the scientifically untrue stereotypes about whites and Asians, as being true. 7% of whites identified scientifically untrue stereotypes about blacks and Mexicans, as being true. Let me break that down for you. 100 average people, 74 are white, 5(.19) of those whites are racist. 13 are black, 8(.3) of these are racists. One average, for every 5 white racists in America, there are 8 black racists. The black racists actually outnumber the white ones. Asians were over-represented in the poll and Mexicans were under-represented, so their answers may not be generally representative.

I'll take "Political correctness is threatening to destroy the country" Alex.

You should have ended that with "for $100" since the question is so easy.

Issues don't get addressed properly when you have the political correctness shield trying to deflect the proper efforts to solve them. For example, like it or not, blacks have the crappiest unemployment rate, worst GPA, and an ungodly percentage of kids born out of wedlock. As soon as you suggest that they are not taking personal responsibility, the race card comes out. If they'd listen and follow the examples of those like Dr. Carson and myself then they'd get a lot farther than just using the old excuse of slavery from a century and a half ago. Dr. Carson and I made it to Ph.D. from the ghettos of Detroit and Baltimore, respectively, each with an uneducated single mother. Significantly more could make the same transition if the black culture would swap how much thuggery and education are respected. This is but one of many examples.

You are welcome. BTW...how many people died from gun violence in Chicago last month? Or for that matter in all of the black and latino communities across the country since Sandy Hook? What is the current unemployment rate in the black community?

Cuz...you know...you 'care'.

If conservatives had their way they wouldn't even keep statistics about "those people".

Using two groups in the same sentence is not comparing them.
:failpail:

BWHAHHAAHAH.

Now conservatives want to redefine the word "compare" while complaining about redefining marriage.

Yeah, it takes a lot of eloquence to compare gays to pedophiles and then pretend the issue is "redefining" marriage.

Now I see why you're the most talked about in the basement. :lafeo

Yeah, because I call tea partiers like you out on your nonsense.

You guys hate that.

Typical rightwing pretend argument redefine: "compare" while complaining about gays redefining marraige. It's what conservatives do

Where are the numerous Conservative posts denouncing Carson's claims of playing the race card? Oh wait, that's right, he's a conservative so that makes it ok.

Try again.
:failpail: :failpail:

Hey, funny icons pretending to be an argument!

Meanwhile, Carson compare gays to pedophiles and now the conservatives here are in damage control, pretending that he didn't.

It's a common practice of the rightwing noise machine: pretending what was just said wasn't said.

what's the deal with the republicans having this constant stream of celebrity personalities that crash and burn after 6 months? It almost seems like there is a new flavor every month

Strangely enough, nothing you detailed threatens the livelihood of the country. In this case, it seems social matters just aren't discussed the way you see fit.
