That IS interesting....

Though it's possible that he shoved back a little before getting up and throwing a punch. But it's not really visible, so I'm going to have to go the NFL referee route and say the call stands since it's not completely conclusive.

To me, it suggests that there was some sort of physical contact between the union man and Crowder before the first punch was thrown.

Fox news editing relevant pieces of footage out of their report to support their narrative? Well, now you have just blown my mind. I do hope they get to the bottom of this with their normal ethical standards and give us all a true story.

One thing i like about the unedited footage is how the cameraman who is obviously working with the fix conveniently starts shooting the sky at just the right moment. I wonder if that was planned a little bit beforehand? Really, why would a so called fair and balanced news source edit a couple of seconds from the tape? It is not like you could see who pushed the guy down so I am sure the foxtards could easily pretend he faked falling so he could sucker punch their hero. That is not much of a stretch for faux news. At least get someone competant to edit the footage. It looks like they actually did it with a pair of scissors which is completely stupid in the digital age. How manny professional editors do they have working for them, and this looks like they handed it off to the intern to hack up.

it is good to see people are still drinking the fix noise kool aid and defending them for their obvious attempt to deceive. This is also why I don't support the stand your ground defense. Obviously the guy on his ass had the opportunity to back away but never took it. Without loose self defense laws that don't require you to at least attempt to retreat this would be a simple case of assault on the guy who threw the punch, and the police probably would have looked to arrest the guy who shoved him down also for being part of a physical altercation. instead we just have two people behaving poorly who both should have had assault charges, but got off. I am sure they will learn their lesson from that.

If Crowder pushed this guy to the ground why wasn't he charged with assault? The answer is because he didn't push the guy to the ground. His back was to him. It would have been impossible for him to do so. Duh! Take your partisan bias blinders off.

The prosecutor not charging Tony has nothing to do what happened.
That is made obvious by failing to charge Crowder.
