Texas bans shooting immigrants from helicopters

No, they hit the tires, and then the truck crashed, killing two people.

The OP article uses the term "gunned down" and the NY Times article on the incident says "they were killed by the sharpshooter".
Both of those strongly imply that the 2 were killed by gunfire and not the crash.

Perhaps not - what you refer to is deliberate on the part of the bombers. Obama has simply ordered bombings that occasionally takes out men, women and children attending a wedding celebration - I'm sure that wasn't his intent - that's what makes it indiscriminate.

Then they're indiscriminate in that the bombs themselves aren't discriminative. No bomb is. So if that's the case, why even point it out?

I believe you were the one making the distinction - I simply pointed out that if one is bad, they both are.

Shoot. I don't even have a helicopter. Can I shoot from a car window?
