I guess you got a point. I tried finding the DUI cop on RateMyCop.com but couldnt find him. Didnt get any of the other ones names.

You should always make note of the car number or anything you can remember. IAD can tell you who was n that car at the time.
 
So at one point in his life he chose not to commit grand larceny.

I'm sure the new pope is going to have his canonization on the top of his agenda.

This puts into question the apparent insanity of Dorner. From reading this story and his original manifesto, he seems less like a madman and more like a decent guy who snapped at the injustices he'd seen. Doesn't change the fact that he's killed 3 people, but it makes this story seem a bit less black and white.

It is not the contents of his manifesto that make this guy a madman, it is the actions he took based upon the things he said in his manifesto. If he had taken it upon himself to take up a media campaign, hunger strike for justice, a 24/7 protest vigil and civil lawsuits against the department then he would have not been a madman but just a weird/passionate guy. However, he did not do that, he took up weapons and killed people and that makes this guy a madman.
